The Educational Technology Center houses a centralized hub for professional development opportunities to assist all the  faculty members and researchers' online teaching/learning activities.



All UST faculty members can reserve a working space or an entire learning studio for online-related activities and events.  All learning studios are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and appropriate devices that can assist instructors in their eLearning journey. 



  • Please note that we will be using the Google for Education account issued by the university to contact the faculty regarding the request. 

  • Requests must be made at least three (3) days before the intended date of use for all Learning Studios.  Requests for individual workspaces at Learning Studio 1 can be made within the same day.  

  • Each reservation request has a maximum of 2 hours per usage and on a first - come first served basis.

  • All reservation requests are subject to the approval of the Director.   The faculty will be notified via email if the request has been granted.

  • The requesting party shall take full responsibility for any loss or damage of any equipment inside the Edtech Center's  facility during the reservation dates and requested facility shall only be utilized for its approved objective.

  • Strictly no eating, drinking and littering within the Edtech Center's reserved spaces.

  • The faculty must surrender his/her official university ID at the front desk for the entire duration of the request.

  • Clicking the booking button below indicates that the requesting party have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the EdTech Center policies and regulations.  


For interested outside party requests, students, alumni and other administrative units, please write a letter of intent address to the director or  coordinate first with the Edtech Center's front office at 406-1611 local 8332 or email  (edtech.ust@ust.edu.ph) prior to booking the facility.  The requesting party also agree to pay appropriate fees (if applicable).
